Having gone through life having fun and being a “Girl” I am realizing how different the life of “Boys” really is. They have a blast just truly having me watch them while they play video games! Their favorite activities consist of:
–Playing football in the rain.
–Catching any type of yucky insect!
–Building Legos for hours at a time.
–Having marathons of playing their favorite video games.
–Collecting Nerf guns.
–Scaring me at any given chance (they get this from dad)
–Watching funny shows AFV–is a favorite!
I will never understand how they get so much joy out of doing these crazy things! I am just happy and proud to be part of those moments!
I always dreamt of growing up and having a long title! Be known for my intellect (haha). I started school to become a civil engineer and build bridges that I would be known for! My plans changed along the way and I realize that I have the most important title of all:
“MOM”.
Coming by via a link I saw you post on Twitter (@mightymfamily). My son is going to be 2 very soon and I already see how such a BOY he is (even if he likes to wear his big sister’s stuff). He adores trucks and being outside and I know I have many moments such as the ones you describe to look forward to you.
My title is also MOM right now and that’s just fine with me.
You are going to have so much fun with that big boy!! You sound like a fun mom! We can’t take our title for granted! I just love being “Mom”.
Currently on my kitchen table I have two habitats with filled with snails. My boys are upstairs playing with Lego and I’ve given up with the guns when they started using their fingers. Life with boys is never boring and you know you’ll always get a laugh when someone farts
I wouldn’t have it any other way!!
